- Assist senior bankers in client marketing efforts, including the preparation of pitch books, presentation materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, conducting valuation analyses using methodologies such as DCF, trading comparables, and transaction comparables.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal execution tasks, including due diligence, documentation, and communication with external stakeholders (e.g., legal advisors, auditors).
- Support capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds (CBs), and debt issuances.
- Prepare regular market updates (daily/weekly) and maintain financial databases.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Prior involvement in deal execution and stakeholder management.
- Strong foundation in corporate finance, with excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or Dealogic is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
