Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.Job SummaryProcess New Account Opening for individuals / companies in accordance with guidelines on regulatory, such as AML, KYC, CDD and ECDDPerform daily customer/account maintenance , account clean up exercises, project review, such as high risk customer review, account reactivate and customer information updateEnsure branch operating procedures are properly compliedAssist Section Head to review and give suggestion for improvement / reengineering of current work flow and report any irregularities timelyAssist unusual or difficult customer problems or refers to the proper department if necessaryHandle authenticates/countersigns documents or correspondence for other oversea branchesProvide coaching, support to subordinatesBuild up and maintain good customer relationship with internal and external customer for business growthHandle of incoming calls and email inquiries from internal and external parties.Prepare monthly, half- yearly and yearly return and statisticsPerform other duties assigned by supervisors from time to timeRequirementsDiploma or aboveMinimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Banking industryFamiliar with the processing of corporate account eningGood interpersonal and communication skillsOutgoing, independent and self-motivatedCandidate with less experience will consider as Bank OfficerWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
