- Reporting to Group Head of HRIS this role will mainly provide HR systems support and assist with the implementation of HRIS solutions.
- HR systems support - gather and analyse customer requirements and define solution, configure workflows as per customer requirements
- Enquiries - Handle general HRIS enquiries (SAP, TAS, interfaces, etc.)
- Testing – Perform testing for system enhancement and customisation, etc. Generate test cases and review test results (e.g. unit test. integration test, etc.) before delivery
- System interface - work with IT teams and/or external vendor to configure interfaces with different systems
- Training - Conduct user training and develop training contents as required.
- Implementation - Assist the Manager to manage HRIS implementation projects and to support analytics/reporting needs when required
- Documentation - Maintain HR systems standard operating procedures are maintained
- University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 3 years or above relevant working experience in HR technology, with experience on SAP Success Factor will be preferred
- Strong analytic mindset with a view to providing solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
