• Assist in the administration and implementation of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate the payroll process, including data input, calculation, and verification.
• Assist in the development and delivery of employee benefits programs, such as medical insurance, MPF, and leave management.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract preparation, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Provide timely and accurate HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Stay updated on employment regulations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
