Sales order follow up
Handle enquiries, price quotation and maintain good relationships with customers
Communication with overseas agents.
Presentation and visitor preparation.
Data input, management and sales analysis.
Reporting and system development

Requirements :

Form 7/DSE or above
Relevant experience in Sea or Air forwarding or Shipping Field is preferable; Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Good spoken and written both English & Mandarin.
Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.
