Kerry evokes adaptability by creating a socially stimulating environment.We are looking for a Senior Captain - Banquet Operations based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!As a Senior Captain, we rely on you to:

Provide quality service to guests
Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights
Ensure that service / items are prepared according to the standards
Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist the manager in the day to day operations

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, with 3 years experience in a supervisory role
Excellent guest interaction skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Guest oriented and a good team player
Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
