J-Long operates factories with R&D and Lab facilities in Hong Kong and China, as well as sales activities in Asia, Northern America and Europe.We are looking for a Product Developer with details as follows:Job Descriptions:Lead price negotiation with vendors and maills, ensuring design requirements are met from both product and margin standpointMonitor day-to-day merchandising process, co-ordinate with team members from sample development to bulk ordersLiaise with internal and external customers to keep tracking the sampling and production to meet business goals & requirementsFollow up on sample development to production and bulk ordersAssist Sales Director and oversee the sales market in VietnamAttend exhibitions & sales promotional eventsCapable to deal with overseas vendors / customers independentlyBuild outstanding relationships with existing and new customersDecisive, independent and cooperative to lead sales teamsAssist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assignedTravelling is requiredJob Requirements:Degree holder in merchandising, fashion or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of solid experience in trims and heat transferGood command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and EnglishStrong leadership and strong coordination while multi-tasking to meet deadlineAggressive and organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation, planning & organization skills & ability to follow up details closelyWe offer a competitive remuneration package including:5 days work weekPublic Holiday11 – 15 days Annual LeavePerformance BonusMedical InsuranceFull-Pay Sick LeaveBirthday LeaveWe look forward to have interested candidates join our vibrant and fast-growing team, as we offer competitive remuneration including career prospects to the right candidate.
