  • Implementation and system maintenance support for web, mobile applications and email systems.
Job Description:
  • Work with outsourced contractors and infrastructure teams;
  • Perform technical study, implementation, testing and support tasks;
  • Provide technical and operational support, perform system administration work and handle user enquires;
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Provide on-call support for urgent system issues;
  • Provide first line support or second line support on a roster basis;
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirement Details:
  • Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity;
  • Experienced in web and mobile application development using technologies such as HTML, Javascript, Java, Objective C, Kotlin and Swift;
  • Experienced in system administration and support;
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English;
  • Experienced in Javascript frameworks, such as Vue and React, is an advantage;
  • Experienced in webcasting system using OpenText Multimedia Management or equivalent is an advantage;
  • Experienced in SQL queries is an advantage;
  • Experienced in Lotus Notes application development is an advantage;
  • Experienced in supporting email systems is an advantage;
  • Experienced in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an advantage;
  • Experienced in mini app / mini program is an advantage;
  • Experienced in working with outsourced contractors is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • 1 year's experience in HTML5;
  • 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5;
  • 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programing;
  • 1 year's experience in Web Programing;
  • 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programing is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
  • At lest 1 year's Work experience with/in the Government;
  • At least 1 year's experience in Helpdesk Call Handling Technique.
