Perform P&L analysis on potential new routes and build business cases for incentive negotiations
Perform P&L analysis on frequency, schedule and aircraft type adjustments based on market demand

Operation Planning

Perform P&L analysis on potential new routes and build business cases for incentive negotiations. Optimise aircraft deployment to balance between maximising commercial return and accommodating maintenance tasks
Liaise with regulatory bodies, airport coordinators and external partners to secure the necessary approvals, slots and ground support
Lead bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders from operation departments

Schedule Planning

Propose seasonal block time adjustments based on historic on-time performance
Forecast HKIA noise quota usage based on analysis of historic usage rate
Manage UO’s slot portfolio in both HKG and outstation

Distribution & Systems Management

Distribute schedule information to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain schedule inventory in the reservation system, and to coordinate with relevant stakeholders for schedule changes and passenger protection plans
Maintain schedule plan in the operation system, and to coordinate with crew rostering team for timely updates
Maintain schedule plan in other online platforms and portals to ensure external parties are kept up to date (cargo, GDS, codeshare, online flight approval platforms)
Perform system tests and design automated reports as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical field
At least 3 years of total working experience, with at least 2 years in the travel industry
Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus
Excellent PC skills, in particular MS Excel. Proficiency in SQL is a plus
