We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to join one of the leading Fintech companies in Hong Kong as part of their development team. This role involves working across the stack to build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces for a suite of internal and external-facing applications.You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team focused on delivering high-quality software that supports complex business workflows and integrations.This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about backend development with Java/Kotlin, while also being comfortable working on the frontend using React/React Native with TypeScript.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java (or Kotlin).
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React/React Native and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features from concept to production.
  • Implement and advocate for TDD (Test-Driven Development) and DDD (Domain-Driven Design) principles.
  • Ensure high code quality and maintainability through CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong backend development skills with Java and/or Kotlin
  • Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development, domain-driven design, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
