Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-site property management team and service contractors to oversee the day-to-day operation of the commercial building portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures client and legal requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines, etc.
  • Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
  • Drive & develop initiatives to enhance the Company’s strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare management budget and cost control documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Registered professional housing manager & Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License is a essential
  • Degree in Property Management/Housing Studies or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property management including managing commercial portfolio
  • Experience with bank clients preferred.
  • Familiar with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and related ordinance
  • Strong leadership skills, can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
