We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in fitting out projects.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Support the management of contracts and procurement processes.
Conduct site measurements and valuations.
Monitor project costs and report on financial performance.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on fitting out projects.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel) is a plus.
