- Wealth and life insurance product development and implementation
- Support product initiatives through end-to-end development and implementation of new and/or enhanced insurance products, ensuring timely and successful delivery in alignment with business objectives
- Support product marketing efforts, including the development of sales tools, training materials, and promotional content to enhance product visibility and understanding
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate product positioning and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation
- Collaborate closely with Channel Management in campaign design and implementation
- Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- 5 years+ relevant experience with deep product knowledge gained in the life insurance industry
- Well informed on market trend
- Relevant product regulations and latest development
- Knowledge on company financials and KPIs
- Business result oriented and agile in problem solving
- Passion to change how people feel about insurance through our product/services
- Soft skills to collaborate with other functions to get things done
