To assist daily testing monitor and manage test turnaround time;
To review chemical test and instrument calibration results;
To provide technical support on chemical testing and trouble-shooting on instrument;
To train and supervise subordinates on performing routine tests;
To prepare and revise SOP, test method and other relevant QC document;
To manage and perform method development and validation;
To assist in implementing and maintaining the documentation system.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree Holder in Applied Science, Chemistry, Chemical Technology or related discipline;
5 years working experience or above in pharmaceutical industry, food industry or commercial testing laboratory with at least 2 years supervisory level. Less experience will consider as Assistant Supervisor;
Good leadership and team management skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Familiar GMP system in an advance;
Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc) is preferred.
