My client, is the market lead in the international food and beverage sector, recognized for its innovative dining concepts. As the company expands its presence across the APAC region, including Hong Kong, it is looking for a Leasing manager to join its high-profile team.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing operations, including new lease agreements, renewals, budget preparation, and tenancy management for a brand relaunch.
- Manage the identification and acquisition of new locations, along with lease renewals for existing stores, ensuring efficient administration.
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility analyses, and financial assessments.
- Conduct market research and analysis while supervising the creation of leasing reports.
- Drive company objectives and cultivate a high-performing team.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with landlords and real estate agents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement expansion and development strategies.
- Undertake additional assignments as required.
- Degree qualified in Business Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in leasing (especially in chain store)
- Good teamwork and lead by example
- Good network in commercial real estate will be an advantage.
- MS Office skill
- Good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
