prepare payroll, MPF Remittance statement, supplier payments, and expenses
prepare weekly project and monthly maintenance work invoices
Prepare and monitor monthly statements
Handle full set of accounts, data input, and filing
Compile documents for audited reports
Generate regular financial analysis reports
Handle lease contract renewals and rental collection.

Non-Regular Job Duties:

Renew the Company's Annual Return.
Prepare and submit profit tax and staff remuneration tax.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping and Engineering company will be a plus
Good command of Chinese and English including Cantonese
Knowledge of MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing
A stable working record will be a plus
Able to deal with clients/sub-contractors/suppliers independently
With LCCI Level 2 of Accounts/ Diploma or equivalent
