Our educators and staff are united by a shared belief: that education should empower young people to thrive with confidence, compassion, and a global mindset.About the RoleAs demand grows across Mainland China—especially from the Greater Bay Area—for flexible, high-quality education in Hong Kong, Bloom is expanding its admissions operation to better serve families across the region.We are seeking a strategic and energetic Regional Manager, Agent Partnerships (Mainland China) to lead recruitment efforts through a network of study-abroad agents, tutorial centers, and corporate partners. Based in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, this high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned relationship builder with a strong track record in education sales and a deep understanding of the agent landscape.You will be Bloom’s first full-time hire in Mainland China, playing a foundational role in shaping our regional outreach. From managing agent performance and training to hosting co-branded webinars and guiding local strategy, you will be at the forefront of driving enrollment growth for a rapidly expanding, bilingual international school rooted in Hong Kong.This role offers a unique opportunity to build a regional admissions office from the ground up, work closely with our Hong Kong-based leadership team, and shape the future of international K–12 recruitment in China.Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Partnership Development & Management
- Acquire and onboard new agents, tutorial centers, and learning centers as recruitment partners
- Manage agent relationships across Tier 1–2 cities, with a focus on performance, training, and retention
- Design and implement commission schemes, bonus incentives, and performance reviews with the Director
- Conduct regular check-ins, training, and familiarization visits to strengthen agent loyalty
- Organize Hong Kong campus tours and co-host joint webinars and seminars with the HK admissions team
- Drive regional student enrollment to meet or exceed annual targets
- Track application pipeline and agent performance metrics
- Liaise with the China marketing agency to align lead generation and conversion strategies
- Represent Bloom at education expos, fairs, and industry networking events
- Serve as Bloom’s first representative on the ground in China; work from a premium co-working space
- Hire, manage, and mentor a junior Agent Relations Officer by Q1 of the academic year
- Coordinate with Hong Kong headquarters on admissions procedures, CRM tracking, and marketing alignment
- Support planning for future expansion in other Tier 1 cities (e.g. Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, agent management, international education, or related fields
- Strong network and working knowledge of China’s study-abroad agency landscape
- Proven ability to drive results and hit sales/enrollment targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Native-level Mandarin, fluent English (spoken and written); Cantonese a plus
- Strong organizational and reporting skills; experience with CRM or admissions systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while collaborating across borders
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to Hong Kong
