- Provide customers/car owners with one-stop solutions and follow-up by phone, email & chatbot to create a pleasant customer experience.
- Coordinate effectively with team members within and across departments.
- Record detailed calls and generate reports to track and improve performance metrics.Skills & Experiences Required:
- 2 years in customer service / Call Center
- HKCEE or Diploma or above
