- Lead the development of online/mobile investment journeys (client facing) and internally used investment platforms (internal facing).
- Assist in product design (provide user requirements, client/employee journeys, feedback from client surveys, competitor comparisons) to align with business visions and strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Front Office, Product Team, Technology Team, Platform & Digital Teams, Legal & Compliance, COO Teams and Operations) to deliver the end product and to implement digital initiatives to business units within the Bank.
- Provide trainings and guiding materials to internal stakeholders – RM/IC/ARM/WMO to ensure smooth deployment of initiatives.
- Create client friendly tutorials and communications and maintain up-to-date contents within DBS public website.
- Work with and assist stakeholders in generating business strategies and marketing campaigns to deliver KPIs such as acquisition, adoption rates, revenues as well as brand awareness.
- Provide ongoing support/troubleshooting to internal stakeholders and track and resolve issues with relevant teams related to digital initiatives.
- Build business cases and track data/statistics regularly to drive penetration, business numbers and future enhancements.
- Coordinate with regional and local counterparts/stakeholders in delivering the above.
- Support Team Head in all areas from troubleshooting, training, project management to data analysis.
- Bachelor and/or above degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or any fintech/digital platform related studies.
- Proficient in excel macros and data programming language.
- Knowledge in webpage, mobile application and user interface design a plus.
- At least 3 years of project management experiences with a focus in wealth investment products and/or digital related initiatives. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for junior ranking.
- Strong communication and personal skills with the ability to bridge discussion flows between users' wishlist and technology team's technical language/logic.
- Solid end-to-end project management and implementation skills.
- Self-motivated and has a passion for digital experiences/trends.
- Attention to details and has a heart for client centric deliveries.
- Proactive in identifying and tackling situations with issues and troubleshooting needs.
