- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue that are in line with the company's overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate revenue and expenses to ensure that marketing and event campaigns are cost-effective and meet financial targets.
- Develop and oversee the marketing and event budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the impact of marketing and event campaigns, and use this information to make data-driven decisions that optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and event team, emphasizing the importance of revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as sales, editorial, and product, to ensure alignment on marketing and event initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to enhance the company's reputation and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and event management, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing and event plans that drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of creativity and innovation.
- Knowledge of the media industry is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
