
Administrative Manager - Audit Services - Hong Kong

- Assist in the manpower planning, staff scheduling and administration for the professional staff
- Assist the Group in planning and implementing various activities in relation to people development and employee relations
- Maintain staff and other administrative records for reporting purposes
- Assist in preparing financial, management and statistic reports
- A diploma or higher in Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years of team administration and secretarial experience
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals and leaders
- Strong prioritization skills and flexibility in working style
- A good team player with leadership capabilities
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience in using Power BI is a plus
- Experience in data consolidation (i.e., combining data from multiple sources) is preferable
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), with good spoken Mandarin as an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
