Job Summary:The Senior Manager/ Manager – Human Resources & Administration will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions for the Kai Tak Youth Projects. This role involves shaping and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing administrative operations to support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and operational excellence.Principal Accountabilities:1. Human Resources Management:- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with organizational goals.- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent.- Manage performance appraisal systems, employee engagement activities, and career development programs.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.2. Organizational Development:- Drive initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Conduct training and development programs to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities.- Advise leadership on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational structure.3. Administration Management:- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management and facilities maintenance.- Manage budgets for HR and administration functions, ensuring cost efficiency.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization.4. Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to address concerns and improve communication.- Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies as needed.
