Project Title: Building teacher educators’ capacity to innovate teaching and assessment through new technologies[Appointment Period: 12 months]The appointee will be responsible for supporting research projects and international conference. He/she will assist in searching and reviewing literature, analyzing survey and interview data, writing the reports, managing administrative work, supervising part-time student helpers, and performing other duties as assigned by the project leader. The initial appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education Technology, STEM education, Education, Psychology or other relevant subjects, applicants who have a Master’s degree will be an advantage. Past experience using qualitative and quantitative research software (e.g., Nviov, SPSS, Mplus) is also preferable. Applicants should be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, self-motivated, and willing to learn to handle unfamiliar tasks. The knowledge and skills related to STEM education in school contexts will be advantageous.
