- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and awareness.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate brand messages and product launches.
- Coordinate and manage press events, product launches, and media interviews.
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR activities and results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, print advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Support the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose innovative brand communication strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, opinion leaders, and brand ambassadors.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute PR and marketing initiatives effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in the luxury jewelry industry or a top-tier luxury brand.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, media relations, and influencer collaborations.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across offline channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and press materials.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative PR and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail in crafting press releases, media kits, and marketing materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
