- Responsible for data input and files upload/download to company apps and e-system
- Handling of documents and records including registration, filing and maintain register up to date
- Provide clerical support to team
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Qualification in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in using relevant Document Control Management System is preferred
- Familiar in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and general computer knowledge
- Attention to details and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
