Business Analyst - Finance Billing Team

- Perform regular reconciliation of billing data to ensure revenue accuracy and completeness
- Identify and investigate revenue leakage across billing systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance billing controls
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue assurance metrics
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives related to billing and revenue
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in revenue / data / billing analysis
- Open to candidates from Big 4 / audit background
- Familiar with data analytics tools is a plus (such as Alteryx and Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
