- Assist in handling Certificate of Incumbency, Certified True Copy, Certificate of Good Standing, Letter of Instruction, Register of Charges.
- Handling clients’ enquiries.
- Work with the Supporting Team in Foshan GSC.
- Coordinate with the offshore office (mainly BVI) for execution of documents and follow-up work.
- Issue invoices and arrange for document delivery.
- Handle related clerical work such as scanning, filing, updating databases, etc.
- Assist in any ad hoc projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Viewpoint is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility.
