Established in 1999, we are dedicated to offering quality total data center solutions with associated internet access and managed services to multinational corporations and local corporate customers.Responsibilities: -Perform shift-in-charge duties and responsible for day-to-day security operations related incidents within data centre(s)Ensure team members (in-house and in-source security) perform duties in accordance with the company policies, procedure, standards as well as applicable lawsPrepare routine duty roster and monitor all security related systemsOversee the access / key control and visitor / contractor registration and all security related systemsOn-call night shift supervisor to handle emergency incidentsLiaise with tenants, handling inquiries and complaintsPrepare routine daily and incident reportsResponsible for security related matters and emergency incidents and keep superiors informedCheck and verify staff / guests and vehicle access right work permit applicationRequirements: -Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantageHKDSE or above with background in disciplinary work force is an advantageMinimum 5 years relevant experience in security/customer service industry, in which 2 years at supervisory levelAble to work independently, strong leadership, well-disciplined and good communication skillsGood command in written and spoken English and ChineseGood in MS office (Excel, Words & Outlook)Location: FotanGood remuneration and attractive fringe benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
