Customer Service Consultant

• Provide professional technical / mechanical advice
• Follow up with the customers closely regarding the service progress
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the service is delivered on time accordingly
• Prepare service documents, quotations & job orders
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years solid experience in Customer Service, preferably gained in motor industry
• Self-driven, energetic, proactive, quick learner & a good team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Trainee
• Immediate available is a plus
