- Coordinate with internal Business Lines for business development, budget, cost control and operational business and financial analysis
- Assist in handling matters related to the Board of Directors and the Shareholders, including preparing periodic and ad hoc reports
- Coordinate with international Business Lines for business development, budget, cost control and operational business and financial analysis
- Assist in handling matters related to the Board of Directors and the Shareholders, including preparing periodic and ad hoc reports
- Coordinate the cooperation of internal business lines to ensure efficient business development
- Lead the communication with outsourced services providers and ensure quality services
- Manage the daily administrative issues of the Company
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related subject
- Solid relevant experience in finance, business administration or operation related capacity is highly appreciated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and responsible; able to lead the team members to manage time effectively and multitask
- Sound knowledge of the China bond market and mutual market access scheme between Hong Kong and China financial market will be a plus
- Familiar with Hong Kong company secretarial matters
