Williams (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading staffing services provider with over 40 years of experience in permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, and court reporting services.Our client is a prominent global insurance company focused on wealth management, and they are looking to expand their team by hiring a Client support Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of transactions within our settlements department.What you'll be doingPerforming Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on new and existing clientsConduct daily operations activities and KYC data management, response to Email & Calls issues or queries within the established service levels.Processing a high volume of financial transactions accurately and in a timely mannerMaintaining detailed records and documentation to support transaction processingManage risk and controls to ensure that comply with the Data Protection act in UK and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in HKStaying up-to-date with regulatory changes and best practices in KYC and AMLAssisting with the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiencyBe familiar with the most common technical aspects of Select, Vision, Choice and Portfolio Bonds. Familiar with basic industry regulation and knowledgeWhat we're looking forIdeally 1 years' experience in a similar client services role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry, Strong experience or knowledge in the KYC, Compliance: accounts screening, data updates, customer facing, etcFresh Graduates that is looking to progress into the finance sector also welcomeStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial and client informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous mannerProficient with good experience in Microsoft 365, Adobe, client relationship management systems.Familiarity with KYC, CDD, or Client Risk Assessment processes, as well as local regulatory requirements.A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyExcellent communication skills to deal with brokers / clients on emails and phone calls, and creation of formal written communicationInterested parties please upload your CV by clicking "Apply" below.All information collected will be kept in strict confidence and will be used for recruitment purpose only.
