Job Description:
  • Responsible for daily accounting receivable operations
  • Perform Credit management & debt collection action
  • Prepare AR management reports
  • Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes
  • Support customer data maintenance in system and review accounts for credit hold
  • Assist in workflow improvement and automation opportunities
  • Assist to maintain a healthy cash flow by decreasing Collection-Period Ratio
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance with LCC Level 2 or equivalent
  • 2 yrs relevant working experience, preferred in Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Immediately available or short-term notice is preferable
