We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:職責：

確保木工的工作指示及時正確執行。
維修和保養客房和浴室的瓷磚相關設施
進行小型裝修工程。
確保所有油漆工單及時正確執行。
重新粉刷牆壁和天花板。
重新粉刷家具/固定裝置/設備。

入職要求：

具備兩年或以上相關酒店、商場或商廈之工作經驗
需輪班工作
需持有平安咭及相關牌照
曾修讀相關課程可獲優先考慮

Responsibilities:

Ensure Carpenter work orders are carried out promptly and correctly.
Repair and conduct maintenance of guest rooms and bathrooms’ tile related items
Carry out minor fitting works.
Ensure all painting work orders are carried out promptly and correctly.
Repaint wall, ceiling.
Repaint of furniture/fixtures/equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hotel, shopping mall or commercial building
Shift duty is required
Holder of Safety Card and related certification
With vocational school certificate is preferable
