The Job
  • Manage the compilation and production of corporate publications (e.g. newsletter, annual report, sustainability report), eDM and videos production, from content development, layout design, to coordination with relevant internal and external parties, to ensure high quality outputs;
  • Supervise the handling of requests, enquiries and complaints from residents, general public and other stakeholders received through various channels including telephone hotline, website, emails, walk-in, and referrals from Government 1823 hotline, various Government authorities and Office of the Ombudsman;
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure enquiries and complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner;
  • Support the implementation of corporate events, media and stakeholder communication activities;
  • Provide administrative support to the Public Affairs Team.
The Person
  • Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Translation, Language Studies or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 6 years' solid experience with sizable organisations in corporate communications or public affairs, production of publications, and complaint handling;
  • Excellent communications and writing skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Possess good understanding of current affairs, in particular housing issues; and
  • Proven track record of excellent project management skills and a good team player.
