IT Specialist (Tivoli)

• Work on the design and implementation of external projects
• Conduct Windows server installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery
• Provide production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of servers and middleware services
• Manage the status of capacity on systems and applications
• Maintain technical documentation

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT development with at least 4 years in network, security, disaster recovery planning
• Solid experience in Windows platform
• Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Storage Manager, FileNet, Tape backup systems, Network Switches, SAN switch and SAN Storage is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
• Proficient language skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
