What we are looking for:
  • Degree holder with at least 5 - 7 years relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in Policy Administration
  • LOMA qualification is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and work attitude to follow through on agent/client commitments
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Mature, patient and pleasant work manner
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-initiative, flexible and responsible
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing skills required
  • Good knowledge of Individual Insurance and processes a definite asset
On the job you will:
  • Perform all kind of policy changes of individual insurance policies
  • Be the expertise to handle agent/client special requests and propose value added solutions/alternatives
  • Prepare, consolidate and analyze regular MIS reporting to conclude and give recommendations on improvement areas
  • Develop and implement workflows and procedures for supporting the after-sales services
  • Assist manager to ensure delivery of excellence service quality and professionalism across policy administration team in term of accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate service improvement initiatives as well as various projects to support sales campaigns and enhance digitalization services to meet customer needs
