We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:Responsibilities:

Prepare proforma invoice
Follow up temporary account in Front Office
Follow up prepayment for Cash on Arrival accounts
Follow up on credit enquires
Follow up temporary billing account
Attend monthly internal and external credit meeting
Handle credit card 3rd party and Bank Transfer (bank in) payment
Send daily Trace file to Front Office for payment
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Post-Secondary education or above
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Minimum 2 years working in Hotel (with supervisory experience is preferred)
Sound understanding of Hotel Operation
