About The ClientOur client, a well-established organization in the property management sector in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Business Partner & Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in supporting the Property Management Division, driving staff engagement, and ensuring effective HR strategies to meet organizational goals.About The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will report to the Senior HR Manager and act as a strategic business partner to the Property Management Division. You will lead talent acquisition efforts, oversee staff engagement initiatives, and manage performance and headcount planning, while supervising a small HR team.What You'll Do
  • Lead the team and partner with the Property Management Division to provide HR business partnering and talent acquisition support across diverse functions.
  • Lead hands-on talent acquisition, ensuring high-quality hires aligned with organizational needs.
  • Oversee staff engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, staff activities, and scholarship awards, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage performance management processes, including addressing staff issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct headcount planning and workforce strategies to support business objectives.
  • Take on additional HR-related projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of solid experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition, preferably within property management or any sizable organizations.
  • Proven people management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring small teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with long-serving stakeholders while introducing innovative HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
