- Lead the team and partner with the Property Management Division to provide HR business partnering and talent acquisition support across diverse functions.
- Lead hands-on talent acquisition, ensuring high-quality hires aligned with organizational needs.
- Oversee staff engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, staff activities, and scholarship awards, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage performance management processes, including addressing staff issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct headcount planning and workforce strategies to support business objectives.
- Take on additional HR-related projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of solid experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition, preferably within property management or any sizable organizations.
- Proven people management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring small teams.
- Ability to work effectively with long-serving stakeholders while introducing innovative HR practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
