- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective campaigns and strategies
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on social media platforms, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
- Manage a team of account managers and digital marketers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in social media and digital marketing.
- Foster strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration and execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory guidelines related to social media and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency or a related marketing environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
