  • Responsible for the all Member related activities, golf tournament events and golf club daily operations, Pro-shop/reception counter, tee time bookings, caddy master operations, course marshals’ and golf courses maintenance cooperation
  • Maintain course safety, handle complaints, management of all aspects of the club’s golf services including golf and members’ relation activities
  • Supervise, coordinate and administer the policies of the club as defined by the management
  • Assist the General Manager of DBGC to fine tune operational policies and procedure
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in either Golf Management, Recreation & Leisure or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 6 years at a management level
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedure and First Aid skills
  • Strong team-building skills including ability to lead, cooperate & motivate
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Holder of driving licence is preferred
  • Shift work on weekends and Public Holidays is required
  • Less experience will be considered as Associate Manager – Golf Operations
