The App Developer will be responsible for delivering technical solutions for AI and automation. This includes developing and maintaining applications that leverage Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, LLMs, and fine-tuning. The role involves both frontend and backend development, with a focus on rapid and agile development, as well as integration with AI tools.Requirements:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMs.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and coding abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and methodologies.
  • The App Developer (DV) will support the Digital Ventures team in specific use cases such as insurance, e-commerce, and payments.
