Customer Care Officer - 5 day work week

• Address daily customer feedback promptly
• Investigate cases, follow up on customer feedback and prepare reports
• Maintain good communication and respond to customer complaints effectively
• Record and track customer feedback for continuous improvement

• HKDSE or above
• Prior experience in customer service or related is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
