- Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in Restaurant
- Provide guests pleasant dining experiences by delivering exceptional service to the customer
- Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
- Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments
- Clean and set-up of tables and food stations
- Relevant working experience of signature restaurant is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
- Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
