Assist daily operation at Club Floor Lounge including check-in/ out, handle enquiries and maximize guests' satisfaction
Ensure high standard of services being provided to VIPs and Club Floor guests by professional contacts
Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Hotel Industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
