About the Role:

Manage cost control and contractual administration for drainage and roadworks projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying
10+ years site-based QS experience
HKIS/MRICS preferred
Proficiency in CostX or similar softwareKey Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliations
Manage subcontractor payments and valuations
Liaise with clients on variation claims
