- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance to the HR & Administration Department.
- Handle all aspects of office administration, including maintaining facilities and office equipment, procuring office supplies, ordering stationery, and arranging travel.
- Handle office expenses and payment requests efficiently.
- Help arrange recruitment interviews and related activities.
- Track and monitor employees' monthly attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors as needed.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating client communications.
- Oversee administrative processes, including document handling in the OA system and payment approvals.
- Handle incoming calls and manage mail and courier services.
- Address customer inquiries and deliver excellent service.
- Assist in the organization of sales events and promotional activities.
- Currently studying an associate degree or higher.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Days : Monday to Friday (3-4 days per week)
- Hours : 09:00-18:00 (4-8hrs per day)
