Job Responsibilities:Execution lead on risk strategy covering all relevant types of risk like Market Risk, Credit Risk, Funding Liquidity Risk etc. by establishing/maintaining a robust risk management frameworkPerform data testing and monitoring regularly for data quality assurance.Identify and assess risks in financial businesses, and carry out daily risk monitoring.Ensure that all activities eg. conducting a new business, trading products are aligned with Risk Management PoliciesPrepare risk management reports for BoD meeting and report risk related issues to top management regularlyCoordinate with Taiwan team on risk management issues, updating positions and generating reportLiaise with back offices and business units on risk requirements such as reasons for changes in positions or P&LAssess and prepare related risk report for investment projects and new productMonitor adherence to risk limits for all activitiesAlert trading desks of potential risk changesAssist in ad hoc project as assignedJob Requirements:Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management or any related disciplinesMinimum of 10 years of working experience in risk management field, with a preference for experience in a management positionProficient in Excel VBAHands-on experience in using Bloomberg, Reuters, VBA, MS Office and Chinese Word ProcessingQualified Accountant and / or holder of CFA and / or FRM will be an added advantageStrong interpersonal skills as the role requires constant interaction with other departmentsDetail oriented, responsible and willing to work under pressureGood command in spoken & written Chinese, English and MandarinBenefits5 day work-weekOvertime PayDiscretionary bonusGroup Medical, Dental & Life InusranceWe offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
