  • Lead a small team and responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, talent relations, and talent engagement programs
  • oversee HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies while managing local compliance
  • Handle C&B related programs including monthly payroll, tax returns, insurance administration and benefits review
  • Lead ad hoc talent management projects as assigned
Who is Our Right Fit
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management
  • Hands-on HR experience in UK, Japan, Macau, and Taiwan, with the ability to support and guide regional HR teams is highly desirable
  • Independent, flexible, with positive and creative thinking
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good time management in a fast paced working environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
