Sourcing and purchasing of aviation products and repair services
Handling corporate indirect purchasing activities including sourcing, tender, negotiation, quotation evaluation, purchase order creation
Following up the delivery schedule and monitoring supplier performance
Following up delivery, invoices, approvals and other documents with local and overseas vendors
Conducting vendor performance evaluation, approvals and management
Preparing different operation reports
Providing support to the company ERP system development

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferred
2+ years of relevant working experience
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Excellent people skills with ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office application; Excel VBA is an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
Self-motivated, analytical skills, positive thinking and strong sense of responsibility
Relevant experience in purchasing / supply chain / engineering industry is preferred
