- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, brokerage firms, family offices, and wealth management companies.
- Achieve sales targets and actively participate in new product development and strategies to increase assets under management (AUM) and company income.
- Provide comprehensive coverage of both onshore and offshore asset management products to meet the diverse needs of institutional clients.
- Lead internal and external coordination efforts to deliver tailor-made investment solutions and products (e.g., mutual funds, private funds, bonds, and structured products) for institutional clients.
- Organize and participate in roadshows and investor meetings to promote the company's offerings and facilitate collaborations with institutional clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Knowledge of onshore and offshore financial markets.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in financial services.
- Preferred experience in sales roles at fintech companies, fund houses, or wealth management firms.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
